How can I order samples to see the quality at home?
You can order up to three free samples directly from our product pages. We deliver them via Royal Mail so you can compare textures and colors against your home decor before committing to a full order.
What are your delivery options and lead times?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as a 'Choose a Day' service for your convenience. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your UK postcode.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation services, we provide comprehensive fitting guides for all our products. We recommend hiring a professional floor fitter for complex installations like solid wood or parquet.
Can I return unused packs of flooring?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. You can return any unopened, undamaged packs of flooring for a refund, though please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Is your wood flooring compatible with underfloor heating?
Many of our engineered wood, laminate, and LVT products are suitable for use with underfloor heating. We recommend checking the specific product specifications and using the correct underlay to ensure safety and efficiency.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the length and width of your room to find the square footage, then add 10% to account for 'wastage' during cutting. You can use the calculator tool on any of our product pages to get an exact pack count.
