Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our dedicated customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization and receive your unique reference number.

  Prepare the Goods

  Ensure all flooring packs are unopened, in their original packaging, and securely stacked on the original pallet to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  We will arrange for a specialist courier to collect the items from your property at a convenient time, or you can opt to organize your own transport to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items and confirms they are in resalable condition, we will process your refund minus any applicable collection fees.
